How e-CallConnect works?
You can use e-CallConnect account to make your calls with following 4 ways.
From standard phones together with ATA connected to internet (VOIP adapter)
You need to have standard broadband/ADSL/DSL connection. You will need to connect your normal analogue phone to an ATA (Analogue Terminal Adapter). You can buy pre-configured one from e-CallConnect store or you can use any other type of ATA you have already. If you are using our ATA adapter, simply connect it to your broadband router or hub, and start making and receiving calls. If you are using your own adapter, set the given e-CallConnect account details at your adapter settings and applied.
From IP/VoIP phones connected to internet
You can use any type of IP/VOIP phones you may already have or you can buy one at our store. Simply connect the phone to your broadband router, set e-CallConnect account details in phone settings. Once done, it is ready to use.
From exiting mobile or landline phones
From your landline or mobile handset:
- Dial 06 1 999 6248.
- When you are prompted - "Please enter the phone number you want to reach", dial the destination number you want to reach.
- If destination number is not connected, press ## from your handset keypad and then press 00 to retry the same number again or to call another number.
- If you want to hang up and make another call, press ## from your handset keypad and dial another number when it is prompted.
- To redial last number, simply press 00 from your handset keypad when you are prompted - "Please enter the phone number you want to reach".
- If you want to check your add-on credit you have on your e-CallConnect account, press * from your handset keypad when you are prompted - "Please enter the phone number you want to reach".
Note : Standard charges for calling 06 1 999 6248 will occur by your landline or mobile provider.
From free X-Lite dialer software
Download and install free X-Lite software on your computer. Add e-CallConnect account details as SIP accounts as follow:
Then make sure you have connected headset to your PC or laptop and set the right volume and now ready to make or receive calls.
